Domestic:
CuCla Boutique ships most orders out within 24 to 48 hours unless otherwise stated in the product description. In extreme cases (like during a big sale, if a major press piece comes out, or if the internet conks out), shipping may take an extra day. We will do our best to complete your order as quickly as possible. We provide fast, efficient shipping through USPS and Fed Ex unless special handling is requested. Shipping charges are added to all orders. If for any reason we cannot send out your order, you will be notified.
Custom orders and some artwork may take extra time to ship out and are noted in the product description.
International:
CuCla Boutique offers international shipping by USPS Air Mail to a number of international countries shown below. If your country is not listed below please contact us directly and we can see about shipping your order.
Orders typically ship within 5 business days with the exception of custom orders and some artwork that may take extra time and are noted in the product description.
Typical transit time is between 5-10 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks. In transit tracking is not provided for your package, we can only confirm delivery.
CuCla Boutique also offers expedited international shipping by USPS Global Express Mail. Transit time is typically 3-6 days, but as with Air Mail, orders can occasionally be delayed in customs. Global Express Mail also provides full tracking of your package during transit.

Return Policy:
CuCla Boutique offers you 100% satisfaction GUARANTEE. We will provide an exchange or issue a full refund for non-sale items. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange of the item you have purchased. We will gladly accept a return if contacted within the 14 day period. All return requests must be accompanied by a short written explanation of the reason for return via email info@CuClaBoutique.com. The original shipping and handling charges will not be credited back to your charge card unless CuCla Boutique has made a mistake in sending the wrong item, or the item is defective in some way. The items must be unworn, unwashed and with all the original tags attached, and free of defects.
SALE ITEMS: Please be aware that there are no returns on sale items. This includes items on the sale page and items marked as "sale" elsewhere on the site. On a case by case basis we may authorize exchanges provided you contact us within 14 days of receipt. If you have questions about an item, please ask before you make your purchase. Thank you.
Custom Orders, Artwork and Music:
CuCla Boutique will not accept any returns or exchanges for Custom Orders, Artwork and Music.
CuCla Vintage :
We do not accept any returns or exchanges for vintage items. The vintage clothing we carry are vintage, the real thing meaning they are old. Each piece is inspected carefully and if there are any imperfections or stains on the garment it is noted in the description and we try to display any flaws as best we can through the product photos as well. Please feel free to contact us at info@CuClaBoutique.com if you have any additional questions on our vintage pieces or anything in our store. We will be happy to assist you.
How to Send Back Your Return:
Customer Service will email you shipping directions and the shipping address to send back your return. All returns must have a return authorization number provided by a CuCla Boutique Representative clearly listed on the package.
